By creating an account on the s6x6 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, meeting the minimum legal gambling age as mandated by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, s6x6, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Platform, any interruption or cessation of service, unauthorized access to your account, or any bugs, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device.

s6x6's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the s6x6 Platform shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties. If such negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with arbitration proceedings conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, s6x6 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

s6x6 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users through prominent notice on the Platform or via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and may request account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your s6x6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. s6x6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason determined in our sole discretion.
